Paul Howard (Wallington, Surrey office and Online)
Paul is the founder and senior partner at the Surrey Institute and mentors our hypnotherapists on some of our most challenging clients.
His pioneering work using hypnotherapy to resolve toilet anxiety has led him to be regarded as the leading authority in this field.
With 25 years of full-time practice, he has a wealth of knowledge in many areas of clinical hypnotherapy.
He is the co-founder of the Hypnotension Programme which trains and registers hypnotherapists in helping to deal with High Blood pressure.
Studied with Gil Boyne who is arguably the world’s greatest clinical hypnotherapist with some 48 years of experience. He achieved Diploma level with Gil. Prior to that, Paul trained with the BST Foundation in London, and in 2002 he studied with Paul McKenna, Michael Breen and Richard Bandler. He is a qualified Master C-NLP Practitioner.

Julie Childs (Wallington, Surrey office and Online)
Julie is a fully qualified senior hypnotherapist with comprehensive training in clinical hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Trained at the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy (SICH), Julie is dedicated to helping clients achieve transformative results and lasting well-being.
Specialising in anxiety, pain relief, including support for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and performance enhancement for artistic performers, Julie brings a compassionate and tailored approach to each client. Whether supporting individuals in overcoming stress, managing chronic discomfort, or unlocking their creative potential, Julie combines expertise with a genuine commitment to client success.
Julie is based at the Wallington Clinic and also offers sessions online, providing accessible support to clients wherever they are. With a focus on empowerment and resilience, Julie helps clients navigate challenges and achieve their goals with confidence.

Kelly (Wallington, Surrey office and Online)
After a career in finance and over a decade as a performance coach, I realised my passion lay in helping people create meaningful change in their personal lives.
This led me to train as a Clinical hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, where I’ve found my true calling: supporting clients and children to overcome obstacles and live life to the full.
My approach is straightforward yet compassionate. I provide a calm and supportive space where clients feel confident accessing their own resources to make lasting change.
I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, many of my clients turn to me for hypnotherapy because of its effectiveness in addressing challenges quickly and meaningfully.

Krassi Hendry (Wallington office and Online)
I am a fully qualified senior clinical hypnotherapist, and NLP practitioner, offering a variety of tailor-made hypnotherapy sessions accommodating the individual needs of every client.
I trained at the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy (SICH) in London. I am registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I have a special interest in behavioural and relationship problems.
I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), and an accredited practitioner of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).


Michelle Seymour (Online only)
Michelle works in the Wallington clinic and deals with many types of problems, however, she specialises in the areas of anxiety, menopausal symptoms, problem behaviours, hypnobirthing and insomnia.
Michelle is a Senior Paediatric Hypnotherapist and works extensively with children between the ages of 7 and 16.
Over the last decade, she has advanced to the level of Senior Clinical Hypnotherapist. Originally, Michelle trained with the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and has taken both the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma and Clinical NLP Practitioner certification. She also obtained their Advanced Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma.

Howard Ratcliff (Camberley Office)
Howard trained with the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and has taken both the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma and Clinical NLP Practitioner certification and passed with Honours. Since then he has been with working in Camberley as one of our hypnotherapists in a associaterole . He specialises in the areas of IBS, Hypnosis for childbirth, anxiety and weight control.
He is a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy and adheres to their codes of conduct.
